The goal of One&Only Spa is to help guests reach a greater sense of equilibrium through a range of treatments and activities which are individually planned according to state of being. Guests may experience tailor-made treatments based on expressed personal goals, or may choose to be guided by the three stages to equilibrium:

"Unwind" - Sometimes in this fast world we get wound up like a spring, and we don’t know how to unwind. Tension stops the natural flow of energy and healing in the body. It is necessary to regularly release this spring. Unwind treatments will do just that. They soothe, heal and relax. To further increase your sense of peace, daily meditation and yoga sessions are also strongly recommended.

"Restore" - During times of stress, unhealthy living, or simply by living in a polluted area, toxins build up in our bodies. Help your body cleanse itself. Releasing toxins through these treatments, exercise and diet will enable the body to absorb nutrients correctly, as well as giving your body the necessary rest it needs to function as it should.

"Elevate" - These treatments have been created to inspire, motivate and to evoke an overall sense of joy - allowing you to be in the moment and experience the now.
