The restaurants and bars of Le Canonnier bear names that immerse you straight away in a tropical and Mauritian context: Le Frangipanier, Le Navigator, Le Kiosque, Le Planteur. Except for Le Navigator, which is located slightly forward, at the tip of the peninsula, the other venues have been organised inside the natural space provided by the 2 rows of rooms spreading in opposite directions.
