The hotel offers three bars, the main bar is located by the sea offering splendid views, the Pool Lounge overlooks the pool serving afternoon tea with home made pastries and the beach bar is on the beach front serving a selection of drinks, snacks and grilled food throughout the day. The hotel provides a range of different cuisines to suit every taste. Belle Vue is the main restaurant and benefits from panoramic sea views. The restaurant serves buffet breakfast, buffet or barbeque dinner and table d'hôte menus with several choices. Vegetarian meals are available on request. The beach restaurant La Maree serves sea food specialities and grills. Exclusive colonial-style. ‘Château Mon Désir' specialty restaurant, integrated within the Balaclava ruins with simply breathtaking views over the river "Citron" and "Turtle Bay
